Bell Ford is seeking a highly experienced Dealer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of Service Advisor experience within a dealership environment, be customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

As an Experienced Dealer Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, transparency, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dealer Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to upsell when appropriate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for service customers, scheduling and updates.
• Listen to concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Collaborate with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines.
• Deliver timely, professional updates on service status to customers.
• Maintain thorough service documentation and records.
• Stay informed on promotions, service packages, and attachments.
• Maintain a clean, organized customer-facing workspace.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as a Dealer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk-in and scheduled service customers
• Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions
• Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Work closely with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines
• Deliver timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and records
• Stay informed on current promotions, service packages, and attachment opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready workspace
• Uphold Bell Ford’s commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Advisor experience at a dealership
• Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and repair services
• Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume service environment
