Job summary

Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO, is hiring for winter 2026/27 in seasonal roles including drivers. Starting wage is $25.00/hr to $30.29/hr with full-time and part-time shifts and housing may be available. Applicants must meet basic driving requirements and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Safer driving record and commitment to guest service.
• Ability to operate radios and follow codes for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests on scheduled routes and handle demand requests.
• Drive larger vehicles in all conditions and perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Maintain vehicle care, check fluids, fuel, and safety systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service and share area information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications :

Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $30.29/hr

Job Responsibilities :

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including but not limited to checking fluids, fueling and all safety systems
• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort
• Other duties as assigned

JobRequirements :

• Valid Driver’s License
• Hold or be able to get a CDL Class A or B (w/Passenger endorsement) within the first 20 days of employment
• Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $30.29/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
