Job summary

Vail Resorts in Wisconsin is hiring for winter season positions including CDL drivers. Join our Transportation Team to safely transport guests and provide information about activities and routes. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and routine vehicle inspections.

Starting pay ranges from $25.00 to $30.29 per hour with both full-time and part-time schedules available. Housing may be provided; training for CDL and safety is included.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record
• Valid driver's license required
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger endorsement within 20 days
• Knowledge of 2-way radio use and codes

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests on scheduled routes and meet demand requests
• Operate larger vehicles in varied conditions
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain basic vehicle fluids, fueling and safety systems
• Provide exceptional guest service and area information
• Undertake other duties as assigned

Experienced CDL Driver

Job Summary: Come join the resort Transportation Team and work as a driver! If you make safety a top priority, have a passion for driving and enjoy providing exceptional guest service then this is the job for you. No previous commercial driving experience is required, paid CDL training and testing is provided.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $25.00/hr – $30.29/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full-Time and Part-Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids, fueling and all safety systems
• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr – $30.29/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
