Job summary

Stowe Mountain Resort in Vermont is hiring for winter 2026/27 as a Driver. You will transport guests safely along scheduled routes, adapt to demand, and share area knowledge to help visitors enjoy the mountains.

No prior commercial driving experience is required; paid training is provided. Start wages range from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour with full-time/part-time hours; housing is available; the role offers competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within the Epic system.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory Driving Record.
• Valid USA Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of 2-way radio use and codes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to routes.
• Drive larger vehicles in all conditions when required.
• Provide exceptional guest service and share local area information.
• Complete pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (fluids, fueling) and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area,activitiesand transportation in the resort
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance including but not limited to checking fluids and fueling
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
