Job summary

Vail Resorts in Massachusetts is hiring for winter seasonal driver roles within the Transportation Team. You will safely transport guests, follow routes, and provide excellent guest service, with no prior commercial driving experience required and paid training provided.

Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour if in a tipped position. This is a winter seasonal role with housing not available and strict age requirements.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of 2-way radio use and standard codes.
• Valid USA Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests while following scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and share information about the area, activities, and transportation in the resort.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance (fluids, fueling, etc.).
