Job summary

Vail Resorts in Ludlow, Vermont is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 as a Transportation Team driver. The role offers full and part-time hours with a starting wage of $25.00 per hour and requires safety-focused driving, excellent guest service, and compliance with CDL requirements.

You'll transport guests to the mountain, perform vehicle inspections, and operate in varying conditions while enjoying employee benefits and growth opportunities at one of the world's leading resort brands.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory Driving Record.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• CDL Class A or B (with Passenger endorsement) within 20 days of employment.
• 2-way radio knowledge and codes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids, fueling and safety systems
• Provide exceptional guest service and inform guests about area activities and transportation in the resort
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$25.00/hr - $30.29/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
