Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 to staff the Transportation Team as drivers. The role emphasizes safety, guest service, and on‑the‑job training. Paid training is provided and no prior commercial driving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record.
• Valid USA Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of 2-way radio use and various codes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions.
• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort.
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance including but not limited to checking fluids and fueling.
• Other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
