Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter 2026/27 in New Hampshire for seasonal Driver roles as part of the resort transportation team. If you value safety, enjoy driving, and providing guest service, this is the job for you. Paid training is provided; no previous commercial driving experience is required.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour with guaranteed base pay including tips. This winter seasonal position offers part-time hours, housing available, and access to employee benefits and discounts,

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of 2-way radio use and codes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and equip guests with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids and fueling.
• Other duties as assigned.
