Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Bedford, NH is hiring part-time and per diem Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA/PCA) to provide compassionate care in a warm, home-like setting. The role centers on assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and reporting changes to the team.

All shifts are available with pay up to $19.00; 2nd and 3rd shift differentials apply. Benefits include paid training, holiday time, health/dental, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for a compassionate LNA/PCA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA/PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
