Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for Benchmark at Bedford Falls to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment.

We offer full-time positions with all shifts available and pay up to $19.00 per hour, with second and third shift differentials. A CNA/LNA license is required; prior skilled nursing or dementia experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive excellent care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
