Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Arbors of Shelburne is seeking an experienced Caregiver (LNA) for the evening shift (2p-10p) to provide compassionate care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. The role emphasizes daily living assistance, documentation, and emotional support within a supportive team.

The Arbors of Shelburne is looking for Experienced Caregivers to join our Evening Shift team!

Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives!

Part Time Evenings 2p-10p

We are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our team! As a Caregiver, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
