Job summary

Benchmark at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our memory care team for overnight shifts. Deliver care in a warm, home-like environment while maintaining licensed practices and safety.

You will assist with daily living tasks, document care, engage residents in meaningful activities, and communicate changes to the care team. A strong community focus and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting health or behavior changes to staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
