Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant for the memory care team at Bedford Falls in Bedford, NH. This full-time night shift role delivers hands-on resident care in a warm, home-like environment.

You will perform ADL tasks, document care, and support residents through meaningful activities, while maintaining high standards of safety and person-centered care.

Competenze

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license is required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Apply customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.

Benchmark at Bedford Falls We are looking for a compassionate LNA to join our memory care team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
