Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Massachusetts. You will deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment and collaborate with licensed staff to support daily living activities.

Part-time shifts available (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with every other weekend; per diem also offered. Hourly rates range from $18.50 to $19.75, with benefits including paid training, uniforms, and retirement plan

Qualificações

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
