Job summary

Benchmark at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Assistant (LNA/PCA) to join our team. The role delivers care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring wellbeing.

Candidates must hold a PCA/HHA/LNA license. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred, and dementia care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated care for residents with empathy and patience.
• Ability to document care and communicate changes to the team.
• Experience with residents having dementia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health/behavior changes promptly.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Deliver exceptional, resident-centered care and service.
• Perform other duties as needed.

are looking for a compassionate LNA/PCA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.


• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.


• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.


• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required


• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required


• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
