Job summary

Benchmark at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on a part-time or per diem basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and supporting residents with meaningful activities and emotional well-being. CNA license required; dementia experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desirable.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
