Job summary

Bowser Chevrolet of Chippewa is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor greets customers, identifies vehicle needs, coordinates repairs, and ensures a smooth handoff at delivery.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, with GM Service Advisor experience preferred. Responsibilities include documenting needs, scheduling, presenting estimates, obtaining approvals, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship-building skills essential.
• Ability to clearly explain repair recommendations to customers.
• GM Service Advisor experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect accurate vehicle and customer information.
• Listen to concerns and document automotive needs.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate progress with customers.
• Prepare and present repair estimates and timelines.
• Obtain authorization for repairs and verify payment methods.
• Maintain communication with technicians throughout the repair process.
• Notify customers when repairs are completed and review services at delivery.
• Uphold Bowser Automotive safety policies.
