You will communicate service needs, explain costs and timelines, and maintain a seamless appointment calendar while upholding our standards for a positive, professional customer journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the service area.
• Listen to customers' concerns and effectively communicate with them to understand their vehicle's service needs.
• Clearly explain recommended services, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized service appointment calendar.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval before initiating any work.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
