Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Sr. Principal, Planning and Experience to advise the SVP, Marketing, Growth and Customer Experience and drive cross-functional roadmaps across Marketing, CX, Product, and Analytics.

The role focuses on accelerating enterprise priorities through data-driven storytelling, executive-ready insights, and a program-management mindset that delivers measurable improvements in customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, Digital Product, or related fields.
• Experience leading or partnering with Analytics, Data, or BI teams; ability to interpret complex datasets and drive insight-based decision-making.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-market, high-growth organization.
• Past role in Chief of Staff, strategy, or portfolio leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the SVP; translate priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with Analytics to create a unified insights ecosystem and inform executive decisions.
• Identify trends and opportunities, synthesize findings into business cases.
• Lead operating cadence, quarterly reviews, and cross-functional coordination across Marketing, CX, Product, and Ops.
• Direct strategic programs and enterprise-wide initiatives to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
• Develop executive communications and support executive meetings and change management.
