Job summary

Credera is seeking an experience strategy leader to drive research synthesis, problem framing, and roadmap development across multidisciplinary teams in a technology design context.

You will shape future-state experience visions, define success measures, and translate insights into actionable artifacts like journey maps and service blueprints, while mentoring colleagues and supporting client growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in experience/UX strategy or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and impact.
• Experience leading strategy work and translating research into direction.
• Knowledge of human-centered design, systems thinking, and service design methods.
• Ability to define meaningful success measures and connect to outcomes.
• Experience facilitating workshops with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategy work from research synthesis through roadmaps.
• Synthesize research, business inputs, and technology considerations into insights.
• Define future-state experience visions, principles, and value propositions.
