Working with Fortune 100 brands and other global clients, you will translate insights into actionable experiences, services, and measurement frameworks, maintaining a human-centered focus throughout.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in experience strategy, UX strategy, or service design.
• Strong portfolio showing research synthesis and impact across complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead strategy work and translate insights into direction for design.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead experience strategy work from research synthesis to roadmaps.
• Define future-state visions, value propositions, and success measures.
• Translate strategy into artifacts: journey maps, service blueprints, frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
