Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license may be required by state law.
• Experience in fast-paced retail management and cosmetology services is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon, boutiques, and services teams to achieve top-line sales and guest satisfaction.
• Drive accountability and performance through metric-based management of services, product sales, and loyalty.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and development of team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards across store operations.
• Build a diverse, engaged team and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Proactively manage inventory, loss prevention, and operational efficiency.
