Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales growth across services, boutiques, cosmetics, and retail.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse salon/boutique team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll to optimize store performance and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest engagement excellence.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics (NPS) and implement improvement plans.
