Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians and guest coordinators. You will be accountable for guest experience, retail and services, with a focus on NPS and top-line growth.

The role requires driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with store standards. The successful candidate will have 2–3+ years of retail leadership, a cosmetology license where required, and strong people development and operational skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant retail leadership experience.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required by state law where applicable.
• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or related leadership roles.
• Experience driving sales, payroll budgets and cost controls.
• Knowledge of salon services, guest experience and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, retail, loyalty and payroll.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Schedule staffing to maximize productivity and service levels within budgets.
• Develop strategies to improve underperforming service and sales metrics.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team; ensure ongoing training and growth.
• Oversee guest experience, makeup and skincare demonstrations to drive sales.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and standards; maintain attendance discipline.
