• Lead store team to achieve top-line sales across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive guest satisfaction and Net Promoter Score through coaching and standards.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and daily operations to maximize productivity.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
