Job summary

The role requires 2–3+ years of retail leadership, a cosmetology license where required by state law, and strong people skills to develop and mentor staff while achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this leadership role.
• Cosmetology license or cosmetology management license may be required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
