Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license/management license as required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling costs.
• Cosmetology management: strong services knowledge, guest experience, and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Leverage forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies using company programs and resources.
• Support coaching and development of direct reports; build clientele.
• Maintain guest engagement through makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
