Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high‑performing team of stylists, estheticians and guest coordinators, delivering outstanding guest experiences and top‑line sales across services, boutiques and retail.

You will drive performance through people, process and product knowledge, manage schedules and payroll, coach staff, and ensure compliance with company standards while building an inclusive, high‑energy culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast‑paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top‑line sales, payroll budgets, and cost control.
• Retail management: inventory, service culture, merchandise directives.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, loyalty, payroll and inventory.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top‑line sales growth.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies using company programs and resources.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest service.
