Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Tukwila, WA seeks an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff, driving guest experience, services, and retail growth.

You will coach, schedule, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while delivering top-line results. Bachelor's degree preferred; cosmetology licenses may be required by state law, and 2–3+ years retail management experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll and omni-channel performance.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity while staying within payroll budgets.
• Develop strategies to improve underperforming metrics in services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain consistent attendance and enforce company attendance policies.
