Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Seattle is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales across services, boutiques, and retail. This role focuses on performance, people, and process to achieve NPS targets and store goals.

You will oversee makeup, skincare, and services, coach staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years in fast-paced retail management.
• Cosmetology management experience and knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team and drive top-line sales growth across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Develop staffing plans, coach staff, and manage talent to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain guest experience excellence and adherence to Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
