Qualifications

• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expenses.
• Cosmetology management: services, guest experience, product attachment; knowledge of industry regs.
• Retail management: inventory control, operational excellence, merchandising directives, service culture.
• Leadership: attract, develop, motivate talent and lead teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and NPS targets.
• Oversee salon services, boutiques, and makeup as applicable.
• Coach and develop managers and associates; manage staffing and scheduling.
