Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• Proficiency with basic technology and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience and store performance to drive top-line sales growth.
• Manager and develop a diverse salon and boutique team.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, dress code, forecasting, and payroll budgets.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to direct reports to improve productivity.
• Deliver makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to guests.
