You will drive store operations, coach associates, manage scheduling, and collaborate with services to ensure safety, cleanliness, and high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of retail leadership, full-time availability including evenings and weekends, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership or customer-focused experience.
• Full-time availability; flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leads the associate and pet parent experience to ensure safety and quality.
• Oversees pet services, live sales, adoptions, and customer interactions.
• Identifies opportunities to grow sales and meet store P&L targets.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and coaching for team performance.
• Ensures policy compliance and maintains store standards.
• Supports opening/closing procedures and daily operations.
