Qualifications

• 3- 5 years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads people leadership and staff development, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversees the pet parent experience and store operations to meet company goals and safety standards.
• Drives store performance, P&L, and customer satisfaction through effective delegation and execution.
