Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership or customer-focused experience.
• Full-time availability; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participates in employment decisions including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and termination.
• Facilitates associate experience and development; reviews, recognition, training, onboarding, mentoring.
• Address and administer associate complaints and grievances.
• Lead and coach associates on proper processes to ensure pets are safe and healthy.
• Oversees pet parent experience across services, live sales, and adoptions.
