Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license may be required by state law for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead through Ulta Beauty's mission and values to drive guest experience and sales.
• Develop a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and managers.
• Drive guest satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and store forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and inventory controls.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews.
