Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver guest experience and sales growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve services, boutiques, retail sales, and loyalty metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and maintain attendance and scheduling discipline.
