Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience or similar leadership roles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of salon and boutique professionals to deliver guest experience and top-line sales growth.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, scheduling, and expense control.
• Coach and develop staff, manage performance, and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Execute guest engagement programs and ensure high-quality makeup, skincare, and service demonstrations.
