Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads. You will own guest experience, retail and services performance, and NPS targets, while driving sales across makeup, skincare, and services.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure compliance with store policies, and continuously improve operations to deliver exceptional guest service and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales and loyalty.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Schedule optimization using forecasting to maximize productivity and payroll efficiency.
• Address underperforming metrics and develop strategies using company programs to improve areas of the business.
• Provide coaching and development to direct reports to build clientele and drive sales.
