Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences and sustained sales growth. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and a deep passion for the beauty industry.

You will oversee performance, training, scheduling, and process improvements across services, boutiques, and retail operations to ensure top-quality service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles in store operations.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required or preferred by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience with a track record of driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team across services, boutiques, and retail sales to deliver exceptional guest experiences and top-line growth.
• Manage performance, coaching, and development of associates to maintain guest loyalty and sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention while driving profitability.
