Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators. You will oversee guest experience, retail and services sales, and ensure compliance with brand standards in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on NPS and guest satisfaction, and the ability to drive top-line growth through people and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment; knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements.
• Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandise directives.
• Leadership management: experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change, and leading others through change-curve

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Support scheduling and payroll budgeting to maximize productivity and meet goals.
• Develop strategies to improve service, loyalty, and sales metrics.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to managers and staff for development.
• Lead and model guest service excellence and collaboration across teams.
