The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years in fast-paced retail management, strong leadership, and a passion for the beauty industry. A cosmetology license or management license is preferred where required by state law, and a Bachelor's degree is favored.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration.
• Cosmetology management knowledge and state licensing where required.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and office apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists and guest coordinators to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive top-line sales, services, and guest loyalty through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and attendance standards.
• Develop staffing plans, manage payroll budgets, and optimize scheduling for productivity.
• Foster an inclusive culture and provide ongoing training and development for staff.
