Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and boutique leads to deliver the guest experience and drive sales.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, attendance, and payroll budgeting to achieve APGs.
• Model brand standards and coach associates to ensure excellent guest service and loyalty.
