Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license may be required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience or other relevant work experience.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales growth and guest satisfaction through performance metrics.
• Attract, hire, and develop a diverse salon/boutique team.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention.
