Ulta Beauty is seeking an experienced Experience Manager in California to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and boutique leads. You will drive guest experience, sales growth, and NPS through coaching, scheduling, and service excellence.

The role requires leadership, a passion for beauty, and the ability to develop staff while upholding Ulta Beauty policies and standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets
• Cosmetology management: services knowledge and board regulations
• Retail management: inventory, service culture, and merchandising directives
• Leadership: attract, develop, motivate talent and lead through change

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, retail and loyalty
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth
• Schedule optimization to meet payroll and workload targets
• Address underperforming metrics with data-driven strategies
• Develop and coach direct reports; mentorship and training
• Lead guest engagement and ensure exceptional service standards
• Maintain compliance with policies and attendance standards
