Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, guest coordinators, and managers. You will own the guest experience, drive services and retail sales, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will hire and coach staff, manage schedules and payroll budgets, ensure compliance with policies, and build a culture of accountability and collaboration that boosts NPS and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets
• Cosmetology management: service leadership and guest experience
• Retail management: inventory, operations, service culture
• Lead and coach a team to deliver guest service excellence

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, retail, loyalty, payroll and inventory
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales
• Schedule optimization and staffing in coordination with GM
• Develop strategies to improve services, boutiques, and product attachment
• Lead and coach staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
