Job summary

The NOW Minneapolis North Loop is seeking an Experience Guide (Front Desk Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest experiences, promote memberships and enhancements, and run daily boutique operations. You will greet guests, book appointments, process payments, and contribute to a welcoming, brand-aligned environment.

As a founding team member, you will help shape service standards, drive guest satisfaction, and support a culture of live in the now, kindness, and authenticity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide top level service for guests and team members.
• Actively drive sales: memberships, enhancements, gift cards and retail.
• Book, edit and cancel massage appointments accurately.
• Open/close boutique per SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Maintain guest areas to standard.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster best practices.
