The NOW Fort Worth Alliance seeks an Experience Guide to ensure an outstanding guest experience, promote memberships, and manage reception operations. You will greet guests, book appointments, process payments, and drive service enhancements in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Responsibilities include delivering top-tier service, educating guests about offerings, and collaborating with leadership to maintain a welcoming, efficient space. Evening/weekend availability is valued.

Qualifications

• Sales and service experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Actively drive enhancements, memberships, and gift card sales.
• Book, edit, and cancel massage appointments accurately.
• Open/close the boutique per SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain areas to standard.
• Maintain a positive attitude and healthy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster best practices.
