Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty. The role involves guiding a team of Bear Builders to meet store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors for a superior guest experience.

The Sales Lead will alternate with Bear Builder duties, focusing on guest engagement, brand standards, and a collaborative store environment. Availability for a flexible retail schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability to work 15–25 hours per week is required.
• Flexibility to work include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others by providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to achieve sales goals and smooth store operations.
• Model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to management on performance and compliance.
• Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests and ensuring satisfaction.
• Uphold brand standards and create a warm inclusive atmosphere for Guests.
