Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead/ Floor Leader on Duty who will model Experience First behaviors and guide a team to achieve store goals while also performing Bear Builder duties. Flexible retail schedule, 15–25 hours weekly, previous store experience preferred.

The role blends leadership on designated shifts with hands-on Bear Builder responsibilities to ensure an exceptional guest experience across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Preferred: Build-A-Bear store associate experience.
• Associate's degree in business, management, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals
• Model Experience First behaviors
• Provide feedback to the management team to make them aware of performance and compliance issues that the CWM and AWM are responsible for addressing
• Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests, using the Experience First Make Behaviors
• Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for Guests, fostering positive interactions, and guaranteeing that each Guest leaves satisfied with their experience
• Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience for all Guests
• Display strong team commitment, being dependable, engaged, and helpful

Formation
